Hehe, I think its great that Coady has to lose his 2nd and 3rd best players before we can start talking about comparing his roster to others.

The point was I was without two of my top players down the stretch last year. It's tough to win when you are replacing guys like KG and Redd with waiver wire wonders.

Overall as the season approached I've gotta say I'm pretty happy with the squad The Invincibles will be running out there. Assuming a bounce-back year, we should be more in line with the franchise's 443-300-13 record and .596 winning percentage (which I'd venture to guess makes me the second-winningest team in league history, we should really have a league historian by now). Anyways, should be a 105-110 win team this year.

Also, ahead of my week 1 match-up I'd like to guarantee victory over Stanford in the season series this year (my prediction is 4-5, 6-3 -- 10-8) and although he'll have a better regular season record, we're going to finish better in the playoffs due to Stan being knocked out by my boy east. (clarification: I'm not guaranteeing a league title, I think Stan goes out in the 2nd round).

I've got a .52 winning percentage. I only had one really bad year, but it felt like five.

I don't want to make too much out of preseason but Noah is going to be starting over Shaq in the all-star game!

Actually, it will be Roy Hibbert who you fools were not willing to trade for.

Oh give me a break.

I just traded a point guard who shoots no 3s, gets measly assists for a "star" PG, and whose main value (scoring) stands to take a hit with a revitalized Spurs squad for an upcoming center who averaged 20 and 10 per 40 minutes, and who has little to no competition to get 40 minutes, AND Al Thornton, who, even as the 6th man, is a stat filler.

Stop acting like I sold the farm.

Wait a minute, you were telling me how great Parker is. It does suck that he doesn't hit a lot of threes but he should be good for about 7 assists per game. He also has a high FG% which when combined the Shaq should help us win that cat.

This trade will look a lot more fair once Hibbert is averaging 10 boards and 4 blks. and I too have not give up on Thornton. I just needed a point more than a center. I still have three young and one fossil at that position so we are fine.

WB needed to get younger which he did and I could use a veteran pg. And its not like Parker is Jason Kidd old.

Don't roll your eyes at me.

I will eat my hat if Roy Hibbert ever averages more than 3 blocks a game. My hat

Al Thornton, isn't he the guy that used to get some playing time for the Clippers? Don't they have a new forward on that team, Blake something or other?

And Hibbert, the guy that averaged 3 boards and 7 pts last year?

Ya, I can see how unloading Parker (ranked 59 overall) for these two stellar finds is a good idea.

Didn't you trade Artest, a guy ranked 86 for Shane Battier and Wilson Chandler?

BTW - Griffin will be playing PF and Thornton SF.

Number 1: I did not trade for HIbbert so he could average more than 3 blocks a game. But I will make you Stanford eat your hat if he does. Yes, I will MAKe you eat your hat.

Number 2: I notice how BWW has yet to look at Parker's numbers outside of his rank. Parker is ranked 59th overall because he's one of the only PGs in the league who shoots at 50%. His value is inflated. He only gets 5-6 assists a game, is a shoot first PG, and is a major liability from the 3 point line (that is, he doesn't like to shoot from there). His steals aren't that great either. So, with Parker, you get a guard who shoots...that's about it. And I have PLENTY of those.

As for Hibbert: I think you're thinking of that other guy on the Pacers who averaged 7 and 3...No, Hibbert is the guy who will average 15 and 10 this season.

Are you going to argue that I made a bad trade?
