I remember a few weeks ago Jae Crowder had an auto ranking at like 180s and his auction auto price was zero. Sometimes there are really odd cases like this.

Weekends are always much slower than during the week.

Re: FFL 2016 - 2017 - Draft underway
We could always lower times?
One interesting method next year might be something like X amount of total hours to make all of your picks, Max time slot is 8 hrs before it skips.
Currently it's 8hrs *20 picks, which equals a possible 160 hours for each team.
Say you give everyone 100 hours to make all their picks, that means the average pick is 5 hours, but it gives teams on different time zones a few buffers as to not lose out on their picks if they are a sleep a few times. It also encourages those that are around to make fast picks instead of shopping deals etc until the 8 hours is close, so that they don't run out of time down the road.

Yeah, I don't like lowering per-pick under 8, but I am fine with lowering the 160 total drastically. Sometimes you will need 8. But it shouldn't be all the time. Speaking of which, I will pick soon.

What happens when Fran has used his 100 hours but has 4 picks remaining? He can automatically be skipped?

We'd probably add a minimum. Like you get 30 mins per pick even if you are out of time.
Meanwhile, another boring pick for my boring team. I almost took a sleeper, and I doubt they make it to my next pick, but i keep succumbing to the siren song of "team fit".

I don't know how credible this report is, but it says only 8 game suspension for Collison.

I was waiting for the right time to suggest this. So I second. Basically you figure the number of hours between the first pick and when you want to finish and divide by number of teams to get hours per team. Then give a team one hour if they max out at any point.

Has anyone heard from Stick? I got an email from him at 5:30 am. He was interested in a trade. Then nothing.

Time check just in case someone needs it:
For the 213th pick, Tkunit's time is until 8:40am.

Re: FFL 2016 - 2017 - Draft underway
I kinda like the 100 hour allotted time to complete the draft. But what if someone has not picked in let's say, three days? And maxes out on his succeeding picks?
In the last offline draft I had about some years ago, the penalty for an expired pick was 2 hours continuous deduction from the manager's next pick if he keeps on missing his picks. The allotted time would go back to 8 hours but the next time he missed a pick, the penalty adds up to 4, then 6, then eventually a void pick.
Format was like:
8 hours per pick
1st offense: 6 hours allotted time for the next pick
2nd offense: 4 hours allotted time for the next pick
3rd offense: 2 hours allotted time for the next pick
4th and succeeding offenses: skipped pick.
We never had someone reaching the 4th offense, but 2 managers were penalized for the 3rd time.

I don't know how credible this report is, but it says only 8 game suspension for Collison.
Well, that's palatable.

It was confirmed by other sources as well. Shouldn't be an issue drafting Collison now.

Just woke up, make my pick.
Thon Maker, lol, this should be interesting. I think I should make the playoffs, and the bucks should be eliminated by then, so he should hopefully be getting some big minutes by that point.
