i want to trade for 2012 picks

get at me

everyone but griffin (changed my mind) and monroe are up for grabs. i am tanking this season so if you want to win this year and next, i'm your man.

and just a word to the wise: if you think me announcing this reduces my leverage in trade situations, keep in mind that i can start/bench guys to manipulate categories if i dont get proper value for david lee/scola/etc.

btw just a PSA: i am blunt as hell, but i mean no disrespect, and i will never insult you. i may insult your offer, however. feel free to insult my offers, too, if you feel they're derogatory.

i try to send legit offers right away. i don't play that low-ball BS. i know, i'm the new guy, you're obligated to yank my chain, blah blah. but i am keeping in mind this is a dynasty league. i don't plan on going anywhere, god willing. i hope this works out for the next 10 or 20 years. i love this game and will only make moves that i feel are in the best interest of my team and that are within the rules.

just saying.

hmm .. this is the reason why we have the "balls" rule for deciding draft order. You are not guaranteed to get the top pick by blatantly tanking .. and the "advantage" you get with the number of balls is also not that great!

Wow; you're making quite the entrance... Talking about sitting guys, manipulation, and tanking. This league has been around for a while, with many of us playing fantasy basketball together for a long time and veterans of the game. Do we know you? Otherwise, who enters a league in this way?

would it have been better if i just did all these things without announcing them?

should i post my "credentials" or something?

i dunno what you want from me. but if it's my team i'm gonna play to win. i'm not taking any prisoners. i know my **** so what's the problem?

if you don't want me in just find a replacement. i don't know what kind of "entrance" i'm supposed to make. i'm just being me. dunno how to be anyone else.

the season starts in 10 days dude. am i wrong for wanting the league to be set up asap so i can start proposing trades asap? am i wrong for being decisive and knowing how i want to construct my team into a winner?

Wow. I'm missing the drama. I can't believe I'm going to miss watching a guy like Apathy and Setterlund go at it this season.

Can someone post email chains between these two somewhere? It'd be worth the price of admission.

I think we have a rule about intentionally sitting guys.

I respect being honest and blunt. However, as already mentioned the lotto system is set up to discourage tanking and I also thought we have a prohibition against intentionally sitting guys.

I'm a little confused about manipulation of categories if you don't get good trade value back? What does that mean?

It looks like Kohanz picked 26 first, so TK needs a new number...
