Since we're sort of self policing, noticed that bdub put Dampier on IL on Nov. 30, who has since played later that night on the 30th and last night, and picked up Lawson today. Lawson pick up should be cancelled or Dampier should be a FA.

Another risk of streaming. I wanted Lawson back. Trust me guys, I'd rather have consistent players on my roster than have to stream every day.

Blake dropped Dampier for Serge Ibaka though, not Lawson.

Ham is right. BWW, my former nemesis and stealer of the G in BG, should have his add/drop privileges locked and Lawson should be returned as a FA and replaced with Carlos Delfino. He was okay to IL Dampier at that point because he missed eight games. But once Dampier played his add/drop privileges should have been locked.

Then why do you do it? Pretty sad if you ask me.

Either way, LAwson would have been gone. I was planning on picking him up last night after Louis Wiliams missed his 5th game, then I realized I had 2 IL spots already full and had to rethink my strategy. I should have given up hope on Tinsley earlier.

Because I don't have consistent players on my roster! I've got two spots right now that are absolute shite. Am I supposed to keep the Matt Bonners and Sergio Rodriguezes on my roster in hopes that they somehow become useful fantasy players that you can trust in your lineup day in and day out? You and I both know that that's crap.

A manager that isn't looking to win now has something to benefit from keeping sub par players around. I did it for two years. Right now though, without Chris Paul, the correct strategy for me is to stream. The rules of this league make it that way.

If you don't like the rules, ask for them to be changed.

Good point. I figured Dampier had only missed four.

Well, to the extent my privileges should be blocked, my response is this:

add Dampier back and drop Ibaka.

Since I did not know Dampier was back, and apparently, neither did Jordan, removing Lawson doesn't make any sense. I would have merely dropped Ibaka and added Dampier at any rate, and still been able to drop Delfino for Lawson.

Sheesh, you guys are Nazis this year.

Shouldn't your privileges be locked, seeing as though Shaq is active again, but still on your IL?

Yes. And seeing as I am an honorable gentleman you will note that I have not made any adds or drops since he has resumed basketball activity.

BTW - Any thoughts on that trade I sent you? It would definitely benefit your team.

honorable? HA! If you were honorable, you would add him like you're supposed to, and stop leaving him on the "not producing as well as I'd like" list.

My response is the same as the last 999 times you've tried to unload Shaq on me: I'm not interested in Shaq.

There is nothing dishonorable about give a player an extended rest on the IL as he gets his legs under him.

Yes, exactly what you did last year with Danilo Galinari.

Who's the crybaby here... you have by FAR the most talented team around... you should be able to win even without the cheesy tactics. It may not be against the rules but it's also not really in spirit of the game. You aren't the only one dealing with injuries.

I would rather not win then win like that, but that's just me I guess.

I hate the rules but what can I do... I guess I'll just have to evaluate if I wanna go through this another year after we're done with the current one.

You have a goddamn dynasty and if you're also gonna use these tactics... welll just **** that.

And in case you can't tell... yes I'm 100% complaining about streaming. If you wanna call that being a crybaby feel free... whatever.

Nope .. does not work that way, since you didn't add Dampier before adding Lawson. For all the crap that TheMan gets, he atleast did not make any transactions while having a active players on his IL. I'm sure it was unintentional on your part, but Lawson should be back on the WW. my $0.02.

regarding streaming, I tend to agree with Alci that it is not in keeping with the spirit of the game. But we do not have any rules as far as move limits go, so I guess it is a moot point if someone wants to do it.
