Reason why I picked TD: NFL just started and his initials are TD
no just kidding
Reason why I picked TD: Curry handcuff
no just kidding!
Real super secret reason why I picked TD: he's going to get minutes even if Curry plays 38 a night for 82 games.

I think it's a good pick. He was under consideration for my next pick. My reason, he's good for 1 three and 1 steal a night even with 15 to 20 minutes played. And in a super deep league like this one, it's very useful.

Re: FFL - 2013-14 - Draft in progress
I personally love the TD pick. Why? Because it means my guy is still there. Frankly, I think Douglas is overrated, and his inability to land on a team for longer than a year rental shows how little to expect from him. But at this point in the draft, just about anyone is worth a flier, and if he can give you one good game in 10, then you're probably ok drafting him.

Don't know if I can. What is the guy is a great pick and you snatch him up before someone else?

I like the Gordon pick. Charlotte doesn't seem to be in tank mode anymore so he could get some PT.
that's another reason yeah. they shouldn't have gotten aljeff but they did. So now they will have around 33 wins, not accomplishing anything but not sucking as much. So BG should play in order to win them a few more games.

Not to carry this on longer than needed, but, I have to disagree. That assumes that Ben Gordon is better than the guy he's backing up, and to be honest, that's doubtful. Henderson has proven he's the full package, and quite a bit more multidimensional than Gordon, which is probably the real reason he's not playing.

Re: FFL - 2013-14 - Draft in progress
200 picks
201. hopper - Courtney Lee - why bos will give min to cl? to trade him ! yeah it might happend but the c´s have 2 many players @sg
202. cy - Metta World Peace- he will get pt especially with bargs and amare @ pf they will get inj for sure and maybe they fit better in the 2nd unit. He can play sf and more melo to pf. nice pick
203. fran - Tayshaun Prince - He is the starter @sf and only have quincy ( yeah i know he is not drafted but he will not be ) as backup. he will get min and I think he will improve since this will be the 2nd year @menphis. when he move he got to adapt the new sys and he had the same numbers he had on detroit. I think @203 its a nice pick imo
204. ham (J:K*) - Jerryd Bayless - other nice pick - he will put his numbers same as last year
205. fran (C*) - Shane Battier- with 1.8 3pts 0.9stl and 0.8blk he is as good as it gets on 200´s. this year he doesnt have miller in the team so i expect around 20-25mpg with the same stats he had last year
206. sabonis (L*) - Arnett Moultrie - well philly are so bad that everyone will get pt. I dont think he will start moving thad to sf but he will improve his stats from last year
207. jfrost - Nate Robinson- lets think for 1m ... lawson will get a ton of min this season especially with gallo out they had andre as backup. so why they sign nate? they got to give him pt well some @pg some @sg. I think guys like andre, fournier and foye will get less pt than him and by saying his i like this pick alot
208. ham - Andray Blatche - i m not high on him why? they lost gerald, kardashian now have ak47 and garnett. dont need to say more
209. tkunit (A*) - Steve Blake he will get pt but will get more than expected if nash gets injured and/or kobe miss more games than expected
210. fran (9:D*) - Josh McRoberts last year he was a sleeper after the all star game now the sign big all and have a rookie c.zellar but i still think he will get around 20-25mpg
211. stick - John Salmons - the sf is way more crowded by saying this i dont like this pick
212. curtis (8*) - Ramon Sessions - nice pick for a guy that have 57% of his picks on the 200´s ( 8/14 ). in the begging i knew why it was since he could get nice servent. He will his the 6th man love this pick
213. sly - Cory Joseph - parker will get inj this season mark my words only then he might do something. just look at past season what happend to backup pg from sas?
214. curtis (9*) - Patrick Beverley - steal. I didnt took him cause i had 2many G. Last season he did great in playoffs when lin got inj. he fits better with harden than lin. Lin could be the 6man it would be nice to have a scorer coming off bench. either way he will get PT and i like this pick alot
215. bww (L*) - Jermaine O'neal - bogut will get inj but so will jon standart 200´s pick since can give some blk
216. bww (H:L*) - Byron Mullens - dont like this pick bad %fg playing behind deandre and griffin. on a coach that love to give pt to his starters. they guy wanted to bring deandre to boston. thats why i dont like this pick
217. insfo - Marreese Speights- best case cenario bogut out lee goes to C speights to pf. will happend? might... thats why i like this pick
218. floppy (3:J*) - Alonzo Gee - well he start last year this year i expect that his numbers will go down. i mean way down
219. tkunit - Marvin Williams he is out till the end of december then got to comeback slowlly i dont like this pick since you dont have inj list and he on the best case cenario will be 190-220 backet
220. skai - Jordan Hill - nice pick with up side backing up gasol or when kaman gets injured starting at pf w/ gasol @c
221. skai - Meyers Leonard - will be the backing up robin. i expect he gets more pt than last year and to put better numbers than last year
222. tkunit - Nick Collison - safe boring pick but if okl gets smart and trade for phx gortat he will be in trouble
223. breakdown - James Anderson - he going to start from what i read and when you get that on your 200´s you are never wrong.
224. woody (N*) - K. Caldwell-Pope - he going to backup stuckey. now two things will happend a) contract year so stuckey will step up or b) he can get into the fight and det decide to pass on stuckey and give the job to Kcp. either way i think he will get pt and put some numbers
225. theman - Nerlens Noel - out till december see what I wrote regarding #219
226. theman (H*) - Wesley Johnson - I dont think doesn´t fit Da sys
227. curtis (9*) - Patrick Patterson - again curis Great pick i know they gave a contract to 4/20 to landry but pp fits better and i think he got a chance to start. either way he will get 20-25mpg
228. sly - Kirk Hinrich- well sly type of pick boring, old declining
229. curtis (8*) - Luc Richard Mbah Moute going to batle with salmons and a few others for min sac will not be mil imo
230. stick - Terrence Ross he going to backup dont expect much more than this
231. insfo (2:N*) - Jonas Jerebko - i jwaste a pick
232. woody - Kevin Seraphin- backing up w/ no upside
233. ham - Francisco Garcia - well 3rd string. waste of pick
234. jfrost - Gerald Green - 3rd string ... waste of pick
235. sabonis (L*) - Ben Gordon - contract year but dont expect more than last season
236. wb - Lance Stephenson - great pick he going to be 6man or even start. love what he could bring to the table
237. floppy - Toney Douglas --- yeah do you have curry? nice insurance
201. hopper - Courtney Lee - why bos will give min to cl? to trade him ! yeah it might happend but the c´s have 2 many players @sg

I fully expect my pick there to be horrible. I made it in the middle of a 51 hour period where I was working in a high demand environment for 37 of those hours.

Re: FFL - 2013-14 - Draft in progress
I basically doubled down my bet on Sacramento's frontcourt rotation. I think Moute will start at SF since they need at least one player in the starting line-up who isn't abysmal defensively. Greivis - Thornton - Landry / Patterson are below average defenders and DMC is average in that regard. So once you out Moute on SF, you need a shooter at PF since Moute cannot shoot and Vasquez is below average so that leaves Thornton as the only outside threat and Patterson can do that much better than Landry. So I expect Moute - Patterson to start and Landry - JT to come off the bench. Patterson will probably be in a timeshare (roughly around 24 mpg per game is my expectation) but he did put up 122nd ranking last year in 25 mpg so that's good enough for me.
Re: Jordan Hill - I fully expect him to start. He is expanding his range and given D'antoni's reluctance to use two bigs even when he had Pau and Dwight, I expect Hill to start with Gasol.

Archie Goodwin: I like this pick. Phoenix has no back-up guards and this guy can play with both Dragic and Bledsoe. Since they are rebuilding and since Goodwin was terrific in SL, I expect him to get consistent playing time throughout the season. FG% can be a bit ugly but he should be able to put up numbers across the board.

I liked the Hill pick as well. He was under consideration for #170.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Re: FFL - 2013-14 - Draft in progress
regarding last picks
238. woody (C:P*) - Steve Novak I dont expect the same kind of love/pt/production that he had in ny. not by a chance not by a mile
239. cy - Chauncey Billups - omg why? dont like i know they have jennings but cmon dont expect him to play that much
240. hopper - Quincy Pondexter - well this got to be the time we pick guys by picking- dont like it
241. hopper - Archie Goodwin on other hand love this guy- great summer league, rookie in a bad team... can you say UPside
242. cy - DJ Augustin - again dont like this pick filler
243. fran - Jason Smith I was between him and frye and other guy. after reading some articles decided to go by the safe pick. jason is top 3 on the no frontcourt he have good % and can put numbers when he gets pt. Frye got more upside but i dont know if the phx sun want to go that direction.
244. floppy - frye - well upside upside upside or bust bust bust by saying this love the pick

So your critique is that I picked backups with my 211th and 230th pick.
Well stated

Luc Richard always gets a lot of minutes but never produces STATS. No blocks, assists or threes. Average steals, bad FT%. I don't expect any of that to be different in Sacramento.

Since they are rebuilding and since Goodwin was terrific in SL, I expect him to get consistent playing time throughout the season. FG% can be a bit ugly but he should be able to put up numbers across the board.
I almost took Goodwin at 236. I saw it as a swing for the fences pick. Problem was, though, he's still a rook, and besides points and maybe 3s, he could hurt more than help with high TOs (his SL was putrid) and low %. Plus, his PT may be very erratic.

Curtis Lemansky wrote:I basically doubled down my bet on Sacramento's frontcourt rotation.
I doubt Hill will start. They signed Kaman to be the starter. That being said, Hill will probably get enough minutes to produce simply because 1) Kaman is Kaman and 2) he'll back up both C and PF spots. Of course, he has to stay healthy too, which has been a problem. Back problems don't ever really go away.

Patrick Patterson was in a timeshare with JT, now they got Landry as well and he was better in Houston. They need to trade one of the bigs but we can't know for sure if that's gonna happen or not
and this is so true, Mbah a Moute just plain sucks. His ceiling is at 170-180 range unless he miraculously increases his FT% to 77% and above.
