Injured List
Each team is given 2 open IL slots. You may use one, both or neither at any point during the season including the playoffs.

In order to place a player on to the IL, you must follow these instructions:

1) The player must miss three consecutive games while still on your active roster.
2) You may drop the player on the day following the day of the player's third missed game. For purposes of precision, the day ends at 12:00am PST.
3) Once you have dropped the player, you must IMMEDIATELY update the league IL thread on the Yahoo game site, with the name of the player in the subject, and list the player as protected in the body of the message. IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE THIS STEP, YOUR PLAYER IS NOT PROTECTED.

In order to maintain your player on the IL, the following rules will apply:

1) If the player becomes active again, (i.e., if the player enters any game, if even briefly), that player shall remain protected, but a type of "lock" will be placed on your team.
2) The lock shall be as follows: you will not be permitted to make a trade or add any player to your team without first activating the player in question from your IL.
3) If you make a trade or add a player while your team is "locked", the active player on your IL is automatically unprotected, and will be placed on waivers. Managers are free to claim him off waivers at that time.

Misc:

1) If a player is on your IL, becomes active, and then is injured or becomes inactive again, your team is locked as specified above, until the player misses another 3 consecutive games. In that event, the "lock" is lifted without any additional action from the player's owner.
2) If there is any discrepancy or ambiguity regarding the rules, or their application to a particular situation or instance, the final arbitration of the rules shall be at the behest of the commissioner.

Max Moves
- Unlimited moves during the NBA pre-season
- A maximum of 60 moves total during the regular season (equates to 3 moves per week of the regular season)
- Six moves a week every week for the playoffs, as has been the case in past.

Rule Changes
- 8 teams will make the playoffs
- Playoffs will begin one week eariler than usual

Fraan, you already posted your pick and deleted it which is clearly against the rules. I can see it in the security logs
