Semi-Keeper League -Draft Set For Friday 9pm PST

Gentlemen,
I would like to form a new keeper league made of active RealGM fantasy basketball participants.
The league will kick off sometime in August/September with the first keeper draft.
I'm thinking right now of a league of approximately 12 players, but I'm open to more if more are interested.
It will be standard rules, except the rosters will be a little smaller. I want this league to revolve more around top tier talent, and have it be less concerned with bench and role players. We have plenty of "deep" style leagues on the forum already, so let's try something different.
Here are my thoughts on league rules:
Lineups: PG, SG, G, PF, SF, F, C, Bench, Bench
Stats: FG%, FT%, 3s, Pts, Rebs, Assts, Stls, Blks, TOs
Waiver Wire: Auction style. In other words, since potentially really good players could be available on the wire, we'll need a better way to police this than just first to the wire. So, each player will have a set amount of cash to spend on waiver wire pick-ups. Once you're out, you're out.
Each year, each manager will be able to keep 5 players (basically, a starting five). And the rest of the players will go back into the draft pool. There will be two drafts annually:
1) Lottery based draft for rookies
2) Auction-style draft for all remaining players
I am, of course, open to suggestions.
Sign up below if you're interested.
Intriguing idea, isn't it?
