Fantasy Draft Strategies (4th, 28th, 35th, 37th, 44th picks)

Hey guys,
Through a series of pre-draft trades, I now have picks, 4, 28, 35, 37,44, 59, 69, 83, 101, 117, 143, 148, 156.
Just wondering what kind of players/strategies i should go? Any suggestions would be awesome!
