So we drop to 15 flat, correct? No one goes on the IL until we get down to 15 total first?

Correct. At 15 through the draft. After the draft is over and rosters finalized. IL and waiver are open.

Yeah, Next year I will start new thread. Updated rosters are on page 7 and in yahoo.
