If you make it to the second round, you have 2 options: a) do nothing; or b) bid again in an amount higher than the highest bid from the first round.

But remember, you cannot retract a bid, and you cannot drop a player once you've drafted him.

Guys, Just as a reminder, I am reposting a section of the rules:

Once you have “won” a player, you will then have to edit your team post on the front page of the thread to reflect: 1) the player you won, 2) the amount of the winning bid, and 3) your remaining cap space. It’s a huge hassle for me if you don’t do this, so I’m imposing a penalty for you this year. If you fail to do so within 24 hours of the end of the auction, you will be assessed a $100 penalty. The penalty will grow by $50 per 24 hour period every day thereafter you fail to remedy the situation. This penalty will not apply to owners who simply made a mistake in their math. Other owners are encouraged to police each other and their arithmetic. If an owner is found to be repeatedly guilty of messing up the math of his winning bids, he will be given a $500 penalty. There were just too many screw ups last year, and it was a monstrous headache trying to track down the correct figures, sometimes weeks after the fact. You all own a calculator. Don’t mess up, or you will be penalized!
