So... any thoughts on the blockbuster trade?

I hope trading away wade for depth will spark some wins.

IMO, you won that trade. Normally, I don't like trading away a top 10 player but you've more than made up for it with quality depth. Rudy Gay is a beast.

You clearly win. It's almost vetoable, but it won't be.

Anyone interested in a Duncan/Prince combo? I'm looking for a 2 for 1.

So, who do you think won in my latest trade?

WB gets:
Al Horford
J.R. Smith

I get:
Andrew Bogut
Jamal Crawford

6 weeks into the season and I have completed 2 big deals... hopefully it will help move me up in the rankings.

Didn't mind the trade. Horford, JR I like as they are on my FFL team.

How good does it feel to beat fran...lol

After giving fran a reality check, I was a few turnovers off a sweep against tk. Hindsight will say that I could've managed it with slightly better management, but I'll take an 8-1 win. Not so long ago, fran looked like he was racing away with the regular-season title; now not so. insfo has quietly moved into the top-six; no doubt looking for revenge after my upset quarter-final win last season.

fran not looking so tough anymore, though my Durant trade with him pre-season will hurt me as Durant continues to mature in 2009.

That said, it was only a matter of time before my team hit its straps. It was dragging the chain early with awful shooting percentages, but has progressively got better. Now I am in second place, and still I am without Brand, who has been a real disappointment. His injury was a blessing in disguise almost.

Don't forget about my team...I've been waiting all season to have a totally healthy squad, and with Dunleavy back, I may finally have that.

Really happy to get the win over Skai. I just don't think I am a top-four team in this league.

I'm liking Blake's chances more and more of winning this thing. He smashed me, then smashed insfo, all without Monta.

I continue to defy the form book, smashing jfrost (Brian's pre-season favorite), for the second time in a row to dent his playoff hopes.

I still think that the power ranking would probably have me fifth behind fran, Skai, Bww and insfo.

Time to bury the hatchet against Brian this week.

Jordan...you're absolutely right, it is time for you to bury the hatchet against me and just give in--your team is completely inferior to mine, no matter how much higher in the rankings you are. My team is finally (almost) completely healthy. With Horford back (hopefully) and the addition of Duncan and the rising star that is Russell Westbrook, this should be the week where you stop defying the form book.
