Any NASCAR or IndyCar fans here?

Any fans of NASCAR or IndyCar on here? NASCAR usually has 2-6 million viewers or so, IndyCar has 500K-1 million.

They’re now racing at the LA Coliseum & Chicago Streets in 2023 for NASCAR and the Indianapolis 500 is always a popular race.

Big IndyCar fan here. Have been watching since the Road America race for CART back in 2000. I feel it's the most competitive of the major series, as there are 10-12 guys who could win any given race.

I watch some IndyCar, and I used to watch NASCAR a lot more. I like racing, but prefer road courses more, which I'm happy that NASCAR is implementing occasionally.

Indy is fun, they have really competitive races!

Agreed. What's your favorite team?

For me, it's been Penske from the start. Helio was my favorite driver.

For me, it's been Penske from the start. Helio was my favorite driver.

Oh I don't have a team per-se that I follow, I follow some racers like Fittipaldi, Andretti, Dixon, and Grosjean. The real allure is the overtaking and racing because F1 sometimes lacks that (But I still quite enjoy F1 lol)

I used to be a Penske racing follower for NASCAR back int he Rusty Wallace days, he was the racer I followed in NASCAR up until he retired. Castroneves is an awesome racer! [fellow Brasilian Ayrton Senna is my all-time-favorite racer btw]

Great to know there's a fellow fan, we can recap some of the season for sure

Absolutely. And hopefully it will attract some more people to join the discussion.

Toronto race is tomorrow. It's the only race of the season not on TV, as it's live streaming on Peacock.
