What he said. Lol this is news to me. surely they can put these guys on abc instead of the netball. Or even the nbl tbh.

I remember a Canadian (?) player came and played for the Adelaide Avalanche when the NHL was locked out, and that got covered in the Advertiser (world's worst newspaper).

Also, my wife went to games before we were dating

Yeah the Brisbane team plays like 5 minutes down the road from me. Some guy i went to school with plays for them I think, cant make myself go however.

EDIT - With further investigation they have moved to Gold Coast, lame.
