These are the two most credible all time modern seasons.

Now if you want the metric comparison Djokovic has a way more stacked and accomplished and experienced top ten to go up against.

Peak Fed basically lost to a 20yr old world number 2 Nadal on clay (50-2 in 2005 and 26 - 0 2006 lol freak but the year before he was better overall more wins injury). Outside of that he won a crap ton. But the truth is Djokovic really did have the harder comp.

The results and peer comp paint a very very distinct picture on their best years in terms of accolades, titles and achievements. 2015 top ten is stacked.

Curious to see your argument for 2015 over 2011.

Time on court is catching up to Novak but he’s also up against arguably the one guy that can match him in those long rallies. He showed that in 2019. If he wins tomorrow there should be no debate that he wins every athlete of the year award and if he doesn't lead every national sports show it shows how truly bias American media is against foreign athletes. And it has nothing to do with tennis because when Serena was close the coverage was there. A win tomorrow not only gives him the grand slam but also makes him the leader in career grand slams. Djokovic and Trout are the most underappreciated and under-covered athletes on the planet and it's flat out ridiculous. Greatness is greatness no matter whose doing it or where they're from or their personality. How Djokovic's quest isn't the top sports story in the world is bonkers to me.
