I have never cared about Tyus. He is not a leader. He is a good dude and good bb player. Not my type. I prefer passionate, full heart guys like TA and Smart.

With Poole in the fold now, I really wonder with all the money Poole is making will the Wizards rather go with Poole as the starter based on money he's making or will skills set wins out and allow Jones to be the starter he deserves to be.
