Question from a Raps fan about a past game

Post#1 » by xAIRNESSx » Thu Apr 3, 2008 1:36 pm

Hey guys, I just wanted to see if anyone could verify the exact story about something for me. I remember a game that you guys played last year or the year before, where you made a buzzer beater, but it was intially ruled no good, because the buzzer went off before the shot was released. After it was reviewed the refs saw that the clock started early and they counted the basket.

Can anyone confirm this and fill in the gaps?

Yes, I remember that, it happened a couple of years ago in San Antonio.
Jwill inbounded to Mike Miller for the game winner, but the clock started early(Jwill faked the pass and the clock started). It took awhile but finally they gave us the win. It was a couple of years ago towards the end of the season I think.
