I'm not a Heat fan but your question is simple. Cook can be had anytime for free. And you don't really want him even for free. Grizzs are not competing just yet, they don't really even want Haslem, if the Gasol trade indicates anything about the state of mind of your owner.

My question, would the Suns get Lowry for Tucker and a 2nd rounder or two?

He's right....Lowry >> Cook. Haslem is fine but hardly exceptional and not cheap. I'd probe a bit and see if there's a good offer for Crittendon. That Sheldon Williams for Lowry ain't bad. Once Sheldon gets minutes he's gonna be better than Haslem (in a couple of years) and a lot less $ meanwhile.

So far the Griz have 2 real PGs and 2 combo G's who maybe can backup PG but not start. Trouble is...it's still mostly a hunch which turns out best.
