Obviously, this team was already in the situation where they needed to rebuild to begin with, considering the last two seasons. Truth be told, the Grizz should've started the rebuilding process a couple of yrs ago when Heisley started all the talk about cutting salary at that point instead of going through the evaluation stages. Anyone with common sense would've realize that the Grizzlies needed major changes to improve the status and chemistry of the team. With this three year plan, can we trust that whatever the Grizzlies have in mind will play out according to plan?

Well, I haven't been disappointed yet, so I think Wallace deserves the benefit of the doubt. In my opinion, they won't sign anyone this offseason and they will save their money until next summer. At that time, the Grizzlies will have more than $20 million. That gets us a superstar and a veteran presence! Of course, if the Grizzlies could land Okafur or Josh Smith this summer, I would be all for it!

With that said, any news on Deng?!? I wouldn't mind seeing him alongside Conley, Mayo, and Gay! That would be a top notch core.
