Looks like PJ Tucker is playing his way onto the team as Rudy's Backup.

Here's the stats for the Grizz Summer League.

If he does sign with the Grizz and continues to play with the same intensity, he'll be a quick fan favorite.

The guy has some solid numbers in SL, but what's with the 3PT% of .000? Does anyone know if Tucker is consistant from beyond the arc or not?

No. My understanding is that he has no outside game.

Since that's the case, that's a problem. We all know that a SF needs some outside game to spread out the offense.

Nah, you could just post up your SF. It's all the same on offense. Defensively, I'm not sure if he can guard the PF, but if he could (at least situationally), he could definitely be an asset on the block. He was a beast there in college...

PJ Tucker is a very versatile guy who does not have a 3 point shot. (didn't have it in college and thereby could not extend his range to the pros) He can play back to the basket or spot up, but he is limited from the outside. Still, if you have a few viable threats from the outside, playing him should not be such a problem. With that said, I feel that this could be a problem.
