Off the top of my head I would say yes, definitely. Griffin will be the #1 pick, but I'm not sure if Minnesota ends up with it. Randy Foye is a very talented player, and certainly a notch above Mike Conley, but he has played better once they moved him to fulltime shooting guard. But a Foye/Mayo backcourt is pretty dynamic.
As I said getting Randy Foye in return for Mike Conley is fine with me. And since I don't see where you have Memphis exchanging their own pick in this deal it's basically Gay for Griffin. I would also do that since with the Grizzlies pick they could trade down to get a small forward that should be good either by way of drafting one, trading their pick outright for one, or to move down for one plus a pick.
And from judging by the picture you're a Timberwolves fan?
