went to the game. Small but fairly interested crowd. Sam Young doing his best rookie impression of "take over the game in the fourth like I was DWade" was cool to watch. I harbor no delusions that he'd be able to do that against first-line NBA guys in a reg season fourth quarter, but I like very much that he wants to develop that skill/ability. Rudy was pretty disinterested in the first half, but came to life in the third...actually, all the starters did better at the beginning of Q3.

It is appropriate that DeMarre Carroll took Kyle's old jersey number-bulldog is right. He is able to guard multiple positions, but his closeout to shooters needs to improve.

Oh, and the replacement officials are putrid. Horrible. Awful. Terrible.

Never thought I'd wish for Joey freakin' Crawford to be out there blowing the whistle.
