It is not easy to watch that preseason games on europe. how does the team looks? in the spanish media they say that gasol made a great game but all those selfish players around him made us lose the game. Aint trust spanish media since they will always say that Gasol 2.0 is the best and all that stuff, but what do you all think about the game? good feelings with the team so far?

The team is currently 2-5 now. The problems are playing better one on one defense, limiting TOs' and free throws. These three issues are the main culprits to the Grizzlies problems. When you think about it, this team is really more offensive sided than defensive sided. Meaning some of the players who provide the Grizz the scoring load are the same ones who lack playing better defense like Rudy or ZBo for example. Unless these issues can be handled, the Grizz will be lucky to win 30 games. With or without AI or ZBo.

Ohhh mang. bad news then. I was thinking something was going to change. anyway, you might be wrong and the grizzs can take the last playoff spot.

they all look pretty poor on defense and I have yet to see Marc Gasol really do well on either side. He certainly is not the "weak link" though. Overall I don't see any chemistry and team play developing which is the largest problem. The simple things like limiting turnovers and executing plays will help us improve out of last place in the league but we won't have anything close to "success" until the big problems are solved. Right now it is impossible to lay an identity on this team offensively or defensively. It is going to be a wild ride!
