How to get Chris Paul to Memphis?

Assuming the Hornets are actually considering moving Paul. They will want young players, expiring, picks and a salary dump. I saw the trade proposal with the Wolves for Jefferson and thought of using Randolphs expiring contract for someone better. I’m not sure if the salaries match but the idea would be:

Chris paul and emeka okafor
For
Randolph, Mayo and Thabeet and a 1st

I believe we resign Brewer and than if we can sign Gay to a decent contract our line-up looks like

Paul
Brewer
Gay
Okafor
Gasol

The hornets get Thabeet, Mayo and pick to join Collison and Wright in the youth movement. Peja and Randolph expire at year’s end.

CP3 has no business snubbing Memphis. Dude is from Winston-Salem. Then goes to NOLA. He hasn't even lived in a big city before.
