The 2010-11 NBA season is here and the Grizzlies looking forward to improving from season's past. Setting up game threads are on a volunteer basis. Any style is welcome within reason. As always, more help is appreciated here. Just keep in mind out of courtesy of the fans that the game threads need to be set up by 12:00 noon on the day of the game for everyone to have dicussions. The season schedule will be place further down the post below.


This season, I will look to reboot the Grizzlies Player of the Year Award. Each postgame thread will feature votes dedicated to the player who you feel made an impact in the game either win or lost. The player with the most votes will win the player of the game on this board from here to April. At the end of the regular season, the player who accumulate the most votes throughtout the season will be declare the Grizz Player of the Year.

I know I am not suppose to gauge a team on its preseason play but the last time we did this well in preseason, we went to the playoffs. Hopefully our beloved Grizzlies can pull through for us...CAN'T WAIT!!! GO GRIZZ!!!!

Frankly, I feel we're better off with a season long game thread.

The game threads from last year barely had any interest-posts.

I know we're a small community with a handfull of posters. We all know that the only way the discussions can improve around here is if the Grizz can play hard enough to win games this making the discussions interesting enough.

Something has to change. You can only get what you put in.

And the game threads seem to get a decent amount of traffic so far.
This is a team on the rise, and thanks to the effort of posters like lilojmayo, awareness of this team on the GB is at an all-time high.
Keep the faith. I think we'll probably draw a decent number of bandwagon posters in the coming months.
