Vasquez traded to the Hornets

Traded him for Quincy Poindexter

Not a bad trade imo, had a logjam at PG and get some scoring off the bench. Also now maybe we can cut Josh Davis and sign a backup C.

How is trading a unathletic backup PG who averaged 3 points a game last year awful? Jeremy Pargo definitely outperformed Vasquez in the preseason.

Because he's better than Pondexter. I think they could have gotten more value if they were going to trade him.

But if the Grizzlies can swing a trade for a big man using Pondexter (or another one of the wings) then I might change my mind.

it preseason calm down Grizzles made a bad move here it not all about points you know he got better as year went on we could got better.

I liked Vazquez too, it was only his rookie season and he didnt get all that much time before finally settling in, after the failed back-up PG's (Law, and J-Will)

must mean they are extremely high on Selby though

Vasquez looked good in New Orleans win in Phoenix. This may work out though if QPon plays the 4. Everyone is going small now. The Bobcats started Diaw at center. I saw David West playing center against the Pistons last night. Against 6'6" Jason Maxiell.

Really hated seeing the Vasquez trade though. He is a winner.
