Lakers forward Shawne Williams played one season collegiately at the University of Memphis. Lakers assistant coach Johnny Davis served with the Grizzlies for four seasons (2007‐11) in the same role.

probably will be awhile before we see him take the Grizz uniform. not in OKC I would be surprised. Saturday would be earliest if I had to guess. hopefully they can complete the transaction in time for the road trip next week
