What if Prince...

Post#1 » by jumivi » Mon Jul 7, 2014 12:59 pm

if we cant make a trade, i think we can use Prince as a strech four (ala Diaw), hes long, IQ, his best moves are in the post... i really think he can contribute in that position (and do it really well). Thats open the sf position to T. Allen, we just need to resign Miller (no more than 3mill for year) and sign B. Roberts for pg backup.

Conley - Roberts
Lee - Franklin/Adams
T. Allen - Miller/Pondexter
Z. Bo - Prince/Leuer/Stokes
Gasol - Koufos

While Tony Allen does a fantastic job in guarding Kevin Durant it is not recommended that he play the SF full time because KD is basically a one trick pony in that he keeps everything perimeter and does not have a post game to speak of.

TA would be at such a disadvantage against well rounded SF, especially those that rebound well, TA likes to gamble too much and he would really put the back line of the defense up against it.

The organization has to stop making due with marginal fits and get a true athletic SF to get the job done since they chose not to draft one when they had the opportunity.
