We hit the road in this game. Granted the Pacers beat up on a rebuilding Sixers for their first win of the season. They will be test real tough by the Grizzlies in tonight's matchup. No PG(wish him well on his recovery), no George Hill, and no David West. The Pacers have given the Grizzlies all kinds of fits throughout their series history. Tonight's matchup looks to be in the Grizzlies favor if they play their cards right.

Couple of issues the Grizzlies need to tighten up on: bench have to step up.

Outsocred 46-10
Outrebounded 22-6

The bench is as vital as your starters. No one can't win too many games if the bench are not contributing to the cause. Watch out for giving up points in the paint. Force the Pacers to shot from outside and force TOs' to scare a win out of them. I will miss this game due to work. Go Griz and Happy Halloween.

There is no excuse for losing this game. We should be 2-0 after the final whistle. We are a veteran team that has to show we are serious about being a contender. WIN THE GAMES YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO WIN!

Agreed guys. We can lock down their perimeter sans Paul George, and we have the strength in the paint to go toe to toe with them. Should be a fun one.

Is something wrong with Vince's ankle?

Seems like your bench got destroyed some more tonight. Aside from Tayshaun, your team's bench looks very meek in talent/production. Might have to consider bringing CLee off the bench for more balance. Even a slightly concussed CLee can improve bench production.

VC was limping around during the preseason. I wonder how bad is that ankle since it appears he was limping again tonight. Maybe it's the reason why his game hasn't been as effective in this last two games.

That's still a concern. It was 49 to 21 this time. So albeit a 11pt increase vs. last game, still a issue as it shows a lack of a scorer or two from off the bench and the lack of defensive pressure put on the opponent bench.

The good news is that the Grizz managed to get a big run going in the third quater after finding themselves down by 13 in the second quarter led by Z-Bo and company. Like dark child stated, "no excuse to lose this game". "Win the games you are suppose to win."

Starters are great.....but you have to wonder how much they will wear out by season's end. The Spurs model is always best. You need to integrate a lot of guys and save your best for playoffs. I believe we need some pickups for immediate help.
