Pretty simple trade:

Memphis trades
Jeff Green
Beno Udrih
Pick 25

to the Chicago Bulls for
Taj Gibson
Kirk Hinrich
Pick 22
2016 POR Second

Why Chicago?
They get a versatile lengthy wing player who can play both the 3 and 4 man position in Green and free up their front court rotation as well as bringing back Udrih who is a solid passer and scorer for Memphis the last year and a half and they also dump Hinny while only moving back 3 spots in the draft to still be able to target another guard like Delon Wright if they wanted to. They also open their cap options going into 2016 FA to make a run at a top player.

Why Memphis?
With the potential loss of Koufos, adding Taj Gibson back into the front court seems like a very key addition for the Grizzlies who lean so heavily on their front court and without a solid 4 man option last year, Taj could easily see minutes at both the 4 and 5 positions this season in Memphis, they also want to try out Russ smith who was acquired in the Jeff Green trade last year as he showed promise and they bring back a veteran leader to place as a bench influence, but who doesnt have to see a lot of minutes in Hinny as well as moving up 3 spots in the draft where at least one of guys like RJ Hunter, RHJ, and Anderson should still be available to place back on the wing for the long run.

Add in plus each team gets about a 2-3M TPE because they can trade Hinny and Udrih in separate trades.

Add in we then trade Leur and maybe a variation of second round picks (TOR 2016/POR 2016/ MEM 2018) to trade for someone chosen in the high second round (Maybe Dakari Johnson?) actually most likely a PG option like Cedi Osman or even Josh Richardson if we trade Leur straight up for him. Look to sign Matt Barnes to the MLE.

Conley/Smith/Richardson/Hinrich
Lee/Adams/Carter
Allen/Barnes/RHJ
Z-Bo/Gibson/Jamychal Green
Gasol/Stokes

Nothing spectacular about the roster but it is built soundly to make a run.

I mean I am a Justin Anderson homer, but RHJ is growing on me and Cedi Osman is a little known commodity that is actually pretty good, dont be fooled, he is a point forward, he is 6'8" but prefers to play point guard https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9y4ccZcSp0
