Even though Memphis didn't get the win, I like a lot of what I saw with Leonard at his best.

Watch the game tape good, Clippers hit about 5 3's off of moving screens. On one particular corner close out, Leonard throws his hip knocking the defender closing out. Zubac set several moving screens that resulted in 3's made. They were also allowed to foul in the paint in order to help control it.

This league is fake trash. Refs ruined what could have been a great game.

I don't blame Morant for the frustration but he needs to play through their ****. Memphis aren't going to get a fair whistle.

Agree. And having Winslow back to put on Leonard instead of Bane will help. The best part is that we are young, still are missing our second best player, and are only going to get better. We've shown we can win any game on any given night. We just have to keep putting it together and get more consistent. Maybe get one more piece this offseason and see where things go from there.

Grizz are already a good team, If they weren't last in the league in FT's they'd most likely be over 500, all while riddled with injuries to key players.

Officiating bias is no small mountain to climb, there's a multitude of ways they can control the momentum & flow of a game. Their subjectivity of the rules is how the league/ratings get their preferred outcomes.

For instance, Zubac was moving on mostl Leonard screens, I don't know if you remember me mentioning this before in another rant
but they did the same with Gortat when his screens were making Wall/his speed more effective in order to prop up their star. Then they'd turn around & call a much better screen with minimal movement on the other end/team. Often you'll hear from fans, we just want consistency even if it's a bad whistle but that's not how it works. They call the game different for both teams & certain players, when they should for the sake of competition be adhering to the rules.as stated.

All those 3's Clippers hit off of the moving screens. If called correctly, only 2 of the 4-5 moving screens is potentially a 12pt swing & at the very least 6pt swing. That's not a small impact for 2 non calls ...
