Grizz Shopping Thabeet Hard

His value is pretty low right now. Although it would take just the right deal to trade for him. Is there any team out there willing to take a chance on him if this link is actually true?

As a Raptor fan I would hope we do. It reminds me of the bayless deal. Getting younger and taking a chance on that young talent. I'd give up Evans (or TE) + Wright + Miami 1st for Thabeet + Allen. Saving you 8.3 million next year. That's all I could see Toronto offering but I do think teams would have interest in him. Now I doubt you get anything good. Expiring + late 1st is where I see the value

2 expiring vets that help now. A young big to add to the Scottie timeline
I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

Thabeet alone may not bring back much, but if partnered with OJ Mayo or near the deadline with Zach's expiring could net something very useful.

Grizz management has come out and said they are not "shopping" either Mayo or Thabeet, but I would bet someone else's money that the possibility has been discussed internally and with other teams.

Randolph is the biggest assest we have, and needs to be resigned. He probaly will not and Arthur will get the starting job next year.

Thabeet needs to be traded. He has not and will not improve under Hollins.

Thabeet didn't look so bad last night. Hopefully he can keep this up between now and the deadline...

Success at the Center position. When he's playing.
