Memphis this year when they've been 2 games under .500
@ Sacramento W
@ Orlando L
@ Cleveland L
@ Atlanta L
@ Houston L
@ Oklahoma City L
vs. Chicago L

1-6 record
Need to get rid of the 2 games under .500 curse

Please see my post in the Raptors fan trade question on my take about the Raptors players. I was looking forward to seeing Joey Dorsey go against Zach Randolph since I love watching power matchups (the Blake Griffin/Lemarcus Alderidge one the other night was a classic, with Alderidge definitely getting the better of Griffin). But Dorsey is out with a knee injury. I expect coach Jay Triano to throw out a combo of players against the Grizzlies front line. I don't think the Raptors can handle Randolph, Gasol, and Gay defensively, and if Hollins is smart he will have those three driving to the rim and drawing alot of fouls, which will ultimately be a difference in the fourth quarter.

I also expect Triano to have Bargnani draw Gasol out to the 3 point line to defend him, which will open up the interior where Randolph and Gay are weakest. But it remains to be seen if Bargnani can hit his shots since he has been cold lately.

I do expect Derozen to score over 20 points. The guy is playing very well lately despite his teams record.

Dorsey might not play. He was out last game with a banged up knee.

Lol, I noticed you do this in every opponents game thread.

Btw, Dorsey, Jose, Barbosa and Kleiza are out. But Weems is back after being out for over a month.

Rudy disappeared for about 2 and a half quarters today but at least he came up in the clutch. Oh and the inbound play where it was nothing but a Z-Bo post up that turned into a Randolph jumper chuck was incredibly terrible and predictable

Rudy may be inconsistent at times but the man is clutch as hell.

Marc played pretty well tonight. The Arthur/Gasol/Gay/Mayo lineup looked good and had some nice chemistry. Toronto's young, athletic and long frontcourt players seemed to give Zbo a little trouble. Kind of wish we came up with something better on that play TYP was talking about.

Anybody notice Rudy has been stepping up his passing game lately? I feel like I've noticed more good, quick passes and decisions from him in the past few games. Very clutch shot at the end. That looks like a spot he's very comfortable from now.

Grizz doing what they need to do: feasting on sub .500 (eastern) opponents.

Looking at the schedule, we should win about 4 or 5 more before we hit the rough month of February. I honestly don't know if we can catch Portland. If Denver loses Melo, maybe they will tank and we can steal their spot.

I just read where Lemarcus Alderidge has a bad hip. He has been carrying that team since Roy went out. With Alderidge bothered by his hip, which is not a small thing to be bothered from, the Kings beat the Blazers.

There is still a chance.
