I like your game threads.
That first quarter was tight. Guys throwing themselves on the floor, crisp ball movement, dunks. Fun to watch.

Love the way we are playing this game. Mike Conley is cutting well and Tony Allen has been super aggressive on D. Hopefully we can hold on.

Sam Young putting in work since entering the starting lineup, good to see that his dominating summer league was no fluke

The Grizz are really gutting some wins out. The home-heavy schedule to finish the year looks good given our 19-8 record at FEF.

While we always expect the starters to do well, having the reserves such as Arthur, Allen, and Young really step it up the last month or so has been the greatest pleasent surprise to me.
This team is really looking like a solid group that is comfortable both in the system and knowing what each other is going to do. They also look like they have more confidence in fourth quarters and come through somehow in crunch time.
You've got to love it. Just hope it's nothing too bad with Gay.

Did anyone catch the comment one of the announcers made last night? He said Zach looks shorter without his headband. Where do they get these guys?
I also read that Rudy Gay's shoulder popped out. I've had that happen to my son and even though it wasn't a big deal as far as popping it back in( he kind of freaked out and shook his arm wildly, which actaully put it back in place), there is still some muscle or ligament tear depending on how severe it is. But my guess is that Gay's shoulder went right back into place immediately since he was still able to stand at the line and shoot his shots, albeit with one hand.
At least it isn't his right shoulder.

Good point^^
Rudy getting hurt in last night's game doesn't appeared to be too serious as it look. Also with the All Star Break here. Rudy can get some time to get his shoulder recuperated in time for next Tuesday game against the Nuggets.
Another win by the Grizz. Continue to win the games they know they must collect.
