The Western Conference is looking the most up for grabs in the last 10 years. A lot of talent has shifted from the West to East in the past couple of years, and the dominant teams of the past decade - LA, SA, and DAL - all have aging superstars, many of whom are nearing retirement. I haven't had enough opportunities to watch the Grizz, but it looks like the door is wide open for them to be a 50+ win team for the next several years. I would say the Grizzlies and Thunder are now two teams to really look for in the West in the next few years, with Portland dropping down a peg with the injuries to Roy and Oden.
