The Lowdown

Grizz Nation, the series is tied 2-2 with the series heading back to the OK Corral. This series is far from over and the Grizz are doing well for themselves to get this far. The point is that they don't give up after going into 3 OTs in what was a hard fought game that damn near lasted til 1:00 in the morning. That's a helleva game regardless of a win or lost.

Right now it's game 5. Time to get back to business. We need to get back to what we do best. Gazebo need to get back in sync and stat kickin ass in the post and dominate over Ibaka and Perkins and put tem into foul trouble. TA on KD will continue to happen. Make things more difficult for KD to earn his points. Get Westbrook back into turning the ball over and limit his offense to the perimeter. He killed us on the screens the other night. It can't happen in this game.

The Grizz bench need to step it up a notch. Meaning the Madator, Let Go My Mayo, Batman, King Arthur, and co. You need to step up big in the best way possible. This is a playoff series we're fighting for. The chance for us winning this is within distance. Reach harder and fight for what you wish to achieve.

BEAT THE THUNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tough game, a must-win for OKC. Hope we keep the pace and don´t let Thunder open more than 8 points, then we have a chance

okc's best players are well rested while the badly beaten, tired grizzlies best players are still on the court.. with zero chance of winning the game. STUPID COACH!

and treated the players like that in the timeout? STUPID

Ugh that was tough to watch.
Anyway, back to the game, sure there were lots of missed bunnies and layups, but I think the Grizz might have to make some kind of minor adjustments to their offensive and defensive strategies. The Thunder drove the ball at will this game, and it wasn't just Westbrook this time. Maynor was getting in there, Harden's been killing us all series etc. This gets compounded when our frontcourt players rotate to help, leaving the offensive glass wide open which they've definitely been capitalizing on. The perimeter defense has got to be better, otherwise we're done.
Darrell has looked like a scared little child out there this series. Love his work this season and what he did for us during the regular season but he is a turrrible matchup against the Thunder.
