Lakers and Grizzlies deal

I think both teams made out pretty well in the Pau Gasol deal of 4 yrs ago. You guys got Marc and Arthur out of it, and the Lakers got Pau to pair with Kobe. Well, I see potential for another deal that may help both teams. Let me know what you guys think, and I try to be fair with deals to not waste people's time...

Grizzlies deal--Gay, Arthur
Grizzlies receieve--Barnes, Gasol, 1st rd pick in 2013

You guys add Pau with his bro and Z Bo for a formidable frontcourt, and you still have Conley, Mayo, Young, Allen, Vasquez, and Barnes on the perimeter. Plus, the extra pick. What do you guys think? And if you don't like it, say it. No insults please.

#1 - there's a trade thread up top.
#2 - we have a 4 already, a better one IMO, in Zach Randolph. Adding a 3rd max player to the front court is beyond redundant.
#3 - Rudy is a finisher, Pau isn't.
#4 - You likely won't find many Grizz fans that would welcome back Pau with open arms. We have the better Gasol, IMO, right now.
