History of the Memphis TAMS.
No offense, I've would've prefer the Memphis Pros unis over the TAMS anyday of the week. Especially since we're playing on national TV.

Nice comeback but the slow starts shows how bad they are on the road. Marc isn't hitting the boards very hard either, last two games have been dreadful for them.
And yes the jerseys are in the game

I'll give credit to the Clippers since they executed better down the stretch to take it, but the Grizzlies just couldn't make the shots when it counted. It sure turned downhill quickly when it was 91-89.
I also thought their body language showed a lack of energy.
No excuses on this one since Los Angelas deserved it but the announcers were correct when they said it looked like playground basketball rather than a tight, well played game.

Good luck with the rest of the season. I love Memphis' scrappiness and tenacious defense. You guys were very easy to root for in last year's playoffs. I hope the Grizzlies can hold their own and make a nice push when Z-Bo returns.

To include a shot of 6' tall Chris Paul going down when tangled up with 7' Marc Gasol and 6'10" Rudy Gay and call it a flop is wrong. It's pretty easy to be thrown around and knocked down by players that much bigger. The fact that little Chris Paul is willing to get involved physically and not be a strictly perimiter player is admirable. As a matter of fact one of the things I like about watching the Clippers this season over past ones is that they are willing to put their bodies on the line to win.
I'll give the fact that a couple of those falls were embellished, but pretty much every player in the league does it now to a certain extent if they can get a call their way. It's become part of the game the last couple of years.
Fun video though as long as you don't take it to heart. Good job on the editing. Honestly.

Downtown,
Flopping has been increasing in the NBA and in 2008 fines were instituted to cut down on it:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3416579I can't remember the last time they enforced the new rules however.
"All that bull[expletive]-ass calls they had out there. With Mike [Callahan] and Kenny [Mauer] -- you've all seen that [expletive]," Wallace said. "You saw them calls. The cats are flopping all over the floor and they're calling that [expletive]. That [expletive] ain't basketball out there. It's all [expletive] entertainment. You all should know that [expletive]. It's all [expletive] entertainment."
Eight of the most notorious floppers in basketball history are currently active in the NBA:

Blake Griffin is listed on that list, but no Chris Paul? Shocking!
