You guys have 2 pretty talented 2 guards who know their role within the team. I don't know how set management is on bringing back on Mayo, but if they do sign him it would probably be around 8-12million a year. Would Allen be expandable, with his decently priced salary? And for what price? Im a Kings fan and am just curious.

Give the current deals/salary that the Grizz have, the most likely scenario is that Mayo walks and Tony Allen is retained IMO. Giving Mayo a deal in the range the OP mentioned will push the Grizz deep into the luxury tax, and OJ, while talented, doesn't warrant it IMO.

Thats what I figured. With Gasol, Gay getting paid this past summer its going to be hard to keep that core intact. Conleys play might even warrent a half decent contract as well.

Conley is already under contract through 15/16 at roughly 8 mill per year IIRC

No player is more of a barometer on a Grizz win or a Grizz loss than Tony Allen with his minutes played. He is that crucial to the success of the team defensively. His salary was recently considered the greatest bargain in the league by plus minus guru John Holinger.

As for a Mayo potential contract, he is slotted as a Ben Gordon Jamal Crawford type but based on the new financials league wide anything more than 4 yrs/ 32 mil or 5 yrs/40 mil is overpaying drastically.

Personally I would resign Mayo and deal Rudy to New Jersey or Indiana IF he does not turn the corner the rest of the year in Maturity and Consistency. IMO
