Shooter Wanted
The Grizz need a shooter and fast. The list of shooters is growin shorter as free agents are getting snatched up in a hurry. Here's a list of shooters I think the Grizz need to look at.
Nick Young- known shooter in the league. Can hit from long range. Can provide some offense off the bench. Not a good defender rarely passes the rock. How much will NY demand?
Courtney Lee- solid player on both ends of the floor. Known pesty defender. Improved offense includes better range from perimeter(3 pointer) solid athlete, mediocre ballhandling skills.

Re: Shooter Wanted
Leandro Barbosa would be a nice addition. career 39% from deep and former 6th man of the year, used to do the role we need

Re: Shooter Wanted
Randy Foye seems like a good option too. Jodie Meeks also worth a min contract.

Unfortunately like you said.
Barbs isn't a bad idea. His reputation proceeds him well on offense. Rush is alright, but not too sold on him.
BTW, has anybody been paying attention to the Mavs and the Rox? Are they tying to rebuild or what? I think the Rox are, but the Mavs got me puzzled.

Re: Shooter Wanted
Wright's not a FA. Who on our roster would the Warriors be interested in trading for?
In Friday's paper, Sonny Weems name was mentioned as one of few names the Grizz are looking into for replacement at backup SG. Don't know who else is on that list, but Sonny Weems isn't the answer. Lacks perimeter touch to the outside.

Arthur if he's available. Wright (4.1M) For Arthur (3M) + 1M salary filler if you want (Pargo?) Would work either way (with or without Pargo).

Re: Shooter Wanted
I don't know if we have the cash for the full mid level after resigning Arthur but I think Lou Williams could be the answer. If the full mid level is not available and we only have the 3.3 level then I would make a run at Jeryd Bayless.

Re: Shooter Wanted
Wright was traded to the Sixers for some 2nd round bum that probably will never come over to the NBA.
No way we was trading away Arthur for him. I wish we could've offered Pargo and a 2nd rounder for Wright, though.
We are currently looking at Bill Walker. Team officials met with him in Vegas today. Still a great athlete after his injuries. Good shooter (career 38% 3 point) and can score. I think he could flourish under Hollins and wouldn't cost much at all. Probably the minimum or less than $1M.

I really hope you guys nab Bayless. He's young, hungry, and capable of starting at PG or SG if necessary. Raps are idiots for letting him go. Chris Wallace - I hope you are reading this.

Bill Walker has some substance, but a history of injuries. Not too sure he'll be the next Grizzly.

He's playing like he wants it that way. Hope his summer league play carries over to the regular season - if so, watch out!
