Irony thy name is Brooklyn. Nice pic.
The game itself won't be a runaway game like the Lakers game the other night. This Nets team is athletic and will put the Grizz to the test. The Grizz will have to match that energy and make they neccessary shots and play lockdown defense in order to obtain a win in this case.
Good luck Grizz

HAH I was wondering how could they all be .0
That is from the ESPN preview of the game:
http://scores.espn.go.com/nba/preview?gameId=400278357weak! I'll fix it manually and from now on not copy pasting that mess.
I think this is going ot be a very tough game. they remind me a lot of the Clippers of the East especially with Reggie Evans the oscar award winning flopper and biggest pain on the glass ever made.

What an amazing half - most points all year in a half - most points by a player on grizz this year in half with 20 by Gasol. Now I feel justified for my allstar snub rants from last night about him not making it.
But Wroten/Johnson are just playing amazing for who they are against the Nets starters they are just out-working them! Wroten has a great future if this is just the start.

I'm loving this game. Haven't watched a Grizz game in far too long. This has been a joy.

Johnson had a decent game and Marc Gasol was a beast in the first half. The Nets couldn't hit anything though.
Loved seeing Gay play selfish ball at times tonight.

Nets fan here. Just wanted to say your team really impressed me last night, especially your team defense. The Nets seemed to have a really hard time trying to break down your team defense, and you guys came out with alot of energy. I don't know why your management wants to trade Rudy Gay, but unless your team gets an offer they can't refuse they should just keep the team the way it is. Your team plays very unselfish ball, you have some solid key players off the bench who know their roles, and your starting five are all very versatile with a nice mix of offensive and defensive players. I definitely became a fan of your team last night. Much respect.

I did not see that one coming - Marc was obviously motivated by the perceived Allstar snub and Wroten/Johnson/Bayless all played very well off the bench. Johnson is making a case for a spot on the team beyond the expiration of his 10 day contract.
I was a bit disappointed that Hollins insisted on keeping Gasol and Conley on the floor so late into the game rather than giving Haddadi and Jon "Salary Dump" Leuer some PT.

thank you for your complimentary analysis. come back anytime. I will be sitting at the Barclay's arena in February so I can't wait for your guys to exact a little payback and maybe we'll have a real battle next time. That wasn't your best game and the flame out in Houston just shows the Nets have trouble on the road like I wrote in the game thread they lose most their games down south especially (all but 2 in ORlando). It will be a different story in Brooklyn Feb24th... Let's go!
