http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/88986 ... to-raptorsRaptors get Gay & Haddadi.
Grizzlies get Davis & Calderon.
Calderon to be flipped to another team (Dallas or Detroit).
Again, I'm not a fan of the deal. Hollinger is killing the Grizzlies.

Not a big fan of this for Memphis. I like Ed Davis and I hope they get Prince for the playoffs, but otherwise they sold Gay for cheap.

As a Raptor fan I'm somewhat glad were getting Rudy. I don't understand why Memphis agreed to this deal though. Really sad to see Ed Davis go, our horrible organization is not a place for him to develop anyways.

Sad to see Ed Davis go, he will surprise most Griz fans, he's a lot better than most of you guys think.

Horrid for Memphis and I'm a Lakers fan. Prince will be a nice player to have or even Maggette, but this is a big downgrade. I wonder will this hurt the chemistry of the team. Leading scorer traded away....if this was just a cost cutting move the maybe we need to rewrite the CBA.....
Horrid for Memphis, out-damn-standing for Toronto tho

Terrible deal for the Grizz. They should have at least gotten a lottery pick or top 3 protected pick. It says 2nd rounder.
Supposedly our lineup will be:
PG Conley/Wroten
SG Allen/Bayless/Johnson
SF Prince / Pondexter/Daye
PF Randolph / Arthur / Leuer
C Gasol / Davis
Not only is that not a championship team, but it also doesn't have a lot of potential. Prince and Randolph are signed through 2014-2015, and are pretty obviously on the downside of their career.
The best case scenario here is that Randolph starts beasting like 2011 (which I doubt), boosting his trade value, and we are able to deal him for a young wing player next season.
For now, we're going to have to count on Bayless as our best wing scorer. Terrible situation.
