I think that depends. Another 1st round exit or a poor showing in the 2nd round and we might see him replaced.

I don't know how I feel about it. On one hand, Hollins is definitely a quality coach and a steady leader.

On the other hand, he's stubborn as hell and terrible at developing young players if they don't immediately impress.

Hollins is a good coach. But a team like ours might need a great coach.

Offensive skill development is not great. Defensively, these players learn a whole heck of a lot from the current Grizzlies staff (and/or each other) in terms of angling. I feel like most of the top players on the current Grizzlies were fairly complete products coming in with the exception of Conley Jr. Still, few have been able to learn and thrive in the Grizzlies' unique offensive system.

Ehhhh, Dont mind either way really. He is an ok coach but wouldn't mind seeing someone else here especially if we have a poor playoff performance.
