Looks like Zbo will not be able to return to tonight game due to his wife is expecting. This will be child #4 for Zbo and family. COngrats Zbo!

The game finds the Grizzlies once again having to fight from behind thus far and were able to get to within 10pts at the end of the first half. They need to do a better job on forcing the Hornets out of the post and stop them from getting second chance pts. They have the lead mostly for those reasons.

The Grizzlies are doing anything but playing the game.

Bayless is out for tonight due to a sprain right knee. Now MC11 appears hurt after taking an elbow to the eye from Anthony Morrow.

Looks like the Grizz managed to eat away at the 25pt Pelicans lead late in the game, but the damage is done folks.

2-3 overall

0-3 in the Southwest Division

Piss poor effort all around. What's deal? Are they just refusing to play with effort/focus for Joerger?

I don't know. We just know they have some issues that need to be resolve b/c they are not playing like the Grizzlies we know they are capable of being.

wow that was a stinker eh? My free trial league pass ended and the "weird trick" that allowed me to get for free all last year   is not working anymore :( not sure how I'm going to tune in to the grizz games now but I'm kinda glad I missed this one!! I get the local celtics games and they finally won one. I really didn't see this coming for Grizz tonight. I don't think the Pelicans have a very good team.

I disagree. The Pelicans have a very good team. AD is a beast and he is surrounded by players like Holiday, Gordon and Evans. And they haven't even used Anderson yet.

Not saying that I think they're better than us. Overall, I don't think so, but they were definitely better than us last night and they are definitely have a good team.
