Curently the Grizzlies have only one pick in the first round. If they managed to trade for a second round pick, who do some of you think could be the player the Grizzlies should pick from the second round?

Mines(not necessarily in order)

Jarnell Stokes
Spencer Dinwiddie
Russ Smith

Jarnell Stokes - but he may actually go in the first round, talented low post scorers do not fall off trees, and actually if Zach opts out, I would rather have this guy, then Ed Davis starting, so I guess he is also a candidate to take at #22, and most definetly if he slides to the 2nd round.

Clint Capela - he could play big dividends down the road as Serge Ibaka 2.0 and really makes things easier for Gasol on the back end of his new contract.

Mitch McCrary - weed does not hurt your basketball game just your draft stock, a physical Jon Leur/Kevin Love type with a high basketball IQ , granted missing an entire season because of a back issue is concerning.

It's possible for Stokes to be chosen in the first round with the way he has been doing in the draft workouts to this point. For that to occur, the person who I think will fall into the second round will be Jerami Grant. I'm not too sold on his abilities as are considered limited and not warranted enough to be drafted in the first round. If that happens, Stokes has a chance.

On Capela, I'm in the boat with you with the draft him and stash him so his skills can improve overseas so when he's ready to contribute, he'll be set to play for his respective team.

McGary would make a decent backup on any team. Can knock down the mid range shot and is a decent defender.
