Step 1
Trade for Hollins Thompson (cheaper alternative to Green or Deng at wing)

KK and Calathes and 2015 second for Thompson and Sims and 76ers second rounder

Step 2
Sign Dalembert

Step 3
Stretch Provision Q-Pon to pay him about 1.5-1.75m over 5-6 years

Step 4
Sign Damion James or Jordan Hamilton (athletic bench wing player)

Step 4
Trade Prince for Jameer Nelson and Brandon Bass/Brandon Wright

Ideally this should be the rotation we go with by the playoffs

Conley/Udrih/(Nelson)
TA/Lee/Adams
(Thompson)/Carter/(James or Hamilton)
Z-Bo/(Bass)/Leur/Stokes
Gasol/(Dalembert)/(Wright if not Bass)

Thompson only starts because he is on an awful team - there is a reason he wasn't drafted from the start. He is a backup at most on a contender. He is very much a poor poor man's Jeff Green as far as Gtown alums go.

Why would we give up Koufas who has been great for us? Jameer Nelson is also garbage. We could sign Damion James or Jordan Hamilton anytime we want. Are you a UT alum?

Also, if we are going to sign a D League player, the conversation should start and end with JaMychal Green. There's no reason he shouldn't be in the league at this point.
