The Grizzlies are looking for new expectations from Grizzlies center Marc Gasol this season. Instead of giving into his frustrations went things go wrong, the Grizzlies preferred that Gasol embraced the issues at hand do better at handling the issues as he been placed in charge as the captain of the team. Lead the squad as you would want someone to lead you in the right direction.
