I am very surprised more has not been made of the rivalry between Russel Westbrook and the new & better version that is Wade Baldwin. I guess if Russ every finds his way to Iowa to play the Energy it is going to be on!

The disappointment with this loss is only lessened by the fact that Houston also lost to Minnesota, and the Cav's lost to Portland, so perhaps it was just one of those nights. Therefore I will ignore the maddening rotation choices, or another night of the, "you take it brothers" coming up small. The loss is also another tip towards the please make a deal before the trade deadline, as a lot of the deficiencies were on full display last night. (the need for a quality back up point guard, and a back up big man, who isn't Ryan Hollins)

Oh yea, one more note:
Zach Randolph is not going to be ZBo every night and we shouldn't expect that
We have been very fortunate with Tony Allen's health this season, but lets not have the expectation he can be there every night
We rely on 40 year old Vince Carter way too much and if a 40 year old is your first wing or best wing off the bench then you my friend have a problem.
Memphis - "the glass is have empty", but I'm just saying

Kanter and Adams definetly make a good combo. Two strong bigs is a really bad matchup for us. Luckily for us, the nba is coming to an era of going small that somehow, benefit us.
Beside that, this game was a must win. We got to avoid being either 7th or 8th seed no matter what.

When Gasol wants to play (dominate), sure; but
luckily for others, he wants to do that one week in the season
