Vinsanity's Ejection
In the last game vs. the Suns there was trash talk between Grizzlies SG Troy Daniels and Suns SG Devin Booker and it led to the mild scuffle that involved Daniels vs. Booker, Ulis, and Williams while Green and Chriss had their words as well. Alex Lin left the bench area and took a suspension as a result.
On last night, Vinsanity and Booker(once again) get into a scene and Booker received an elbow for his troubles. Vinsanity got an ejection for his retaliation.
It would be strange to say some kind of rivalry is developing as the Grizzlies are on the better end of the playoff race while the Suns are near the bottom of the NBA basement.

I am cool with everything from both sides. Like you said it is definitely not a rivalry so the biggest issue is what to call it? This isn't even "BEEF". Phoenix should have perspective and realize that having 130 placed on you by this team is not a good look. You can't beat them ON or OFF the court so just move on.
