Losing Chandler Parsons is a big positive for you. He sucks on the defensive end. You were playing 4 on 5. He has also been terrible on offense this year.

The problem is that it didn't have to be this complicated. One of the positives of Coach Fizdale is he is viewed as a straight shooter, and the Chandler Parsons episode compromised him, because of the front office. Now that he is out for the season, everything is pulling together.
