Nobody thought we would sneak into playoffs again after what happened last year. Even add the fact that our elite SF would out the whole season (Because to be honest, Mr Parsons has not played a single basketball game). Still, we got the 7th seed.
However, we all Grizz fans think we could have done better. Why we didnt? As it was said in another post, no backup PG and that 94$ mill signing that could have been used to get a decent SF that actually plays and helps the team. Ennis turned out to be a great addition and we are lucky to have him.
All that being said, that 6.11 in the ratings for the GM is way too much in my opinion.
I am ok with what Fizdale is doing. More opinions to come after the Playoffs. (but i can tell: if he still uses Harrison in the 4th Quarter and the best plays he can draw is, a corner three for Allen. Then I can say, that 6.36 would be a joke.)

These ratings were really SHOCKING, to the point that they can't be taken seriously.
I will take management first:
1. How many bites at the apple/seasons to find a long term backup PG
2. Over spent on Conley contract when no other team could offer what you paid by 20 million
3. lottery winner, What did we win? The right to pay a historical 3rd fiddle coming off of knee surgery in consecutive years 94 million - YEAH
4. The drafted players in consecutive years are neither rotational or average above 3 minutes, with one exception - Andrew Harrison ; and the consensus is he is not really a NBA player. (Eye for talent?)
5. Best bench players are 35 year old Zach Randolph and 40 year old Vince Carter
6. 2016 Free Agent signings - Chandler Parsons, Troy Danels, and James Ennis; 6 pts, 9 pts. and 4 pts a game with none with a per approaching 11
Now for Coach Fizdale:
Simply put he is the LEMONADE MAN, from what he was given we are lucky we have had the success we have had this season.
Although there have been some head scratchers from the first year head coach, I am willing to give him a mulligan but the rating still seems a bit embellished considering this years body of work. Maybe his rating is a byproduct of such low expectations, offensive diversity, Marc Gasol three point shooting, an agressive Mike Conley Jr. and other new approaches.
